How to use your stayV guest guide
This guide was prepared by your host. Find the information you need from the menu without installing an app or creating a guest account.
Start with the menu
Use Home for the property overview and Guide for arrival and appliance instructions. Rules, Nearby, and Contact contain the other information prepared for your stay.
Unlock protected information
If the exact address or Wi-Fi is locked, enter the stayV Guide Code from your host. This is not the door-lock code field; entry codes may appear separately after the scheduled check-in time.
Ask your host if something is missing
Some information may stay hidden before its release time or when the code or stay period does not match. Contact your booking platform or host about reservation changes or refunds.
Property information and release times are managed by the host. stayV does not process lodging bookings or payments.
