Free Wi-Fi QR Code Generator for Guest Stays

Create a Wi-Fi QR code locally without sending credentials to an external API.

Create a Wi-Fi QR with its SSID in the browser, then save a PNG, SVG, or an A4 PDF aligned to Formtec QR label sheets. Inputs are not sent to stayV.

The SSID and password are converted to a QR code in this browser and are not sent to a server, URL, cookie, or browser storage.

Wi-Fi QR result

Enter the Wi-Fi details and generate a QR code.

QR recognition and automatic connection behavior vary by device and operating system. Test the code on another device before displaying it to guests.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Wi-Fi password sent to the stayV server?

No. QR generation runs in the browser and does not call a network API.

Can the QR represent a hidden network?

Yes. The hidden-network option adds the corresponding field to the standard Wi-Fi QR payload.

Will every device connect automatically?

QR recognition and connection behavior vary by device and operating system. Test the saved code on a comparable device before displaying it to guests.

Can one Formtec sheet contain more than one Wi-Fi network?

Yes. Select QR-3990 or QR-3610, then set the start position, quantity per Wi-Fi network, and optional printer offsets. The print list exists only in the current tab.
